Neither lead is an official universal condition, and Secret Ending is not confirmed as a separate ending family.

Official fix: Victoria's abduction could remove Angelica from the Golden Key quest. This does not confirm a key-acquisition recipe or a ten-alliance requirement. Old-save recovery remains untested.
